Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer questions about hearing products and services.

• Help customers select products and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions.

Team and Tools
