Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about hearing products and services.
• Provide detailed assistance to address customers' hearing needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Assist customers with product selection and troubleshooting.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
