Tasks
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve account, payment, and app-related issues.
- Handle complaints, follow up on cases, and escalate issues when needed.
- Collect user feedback and assist with Portuguese support content.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese and working proficiency in English.
- Customer support experience preferred, especially in voice chat or audio social apps.
- Patient, responsible, and a strong communicator.
Schedule
- Available for rotational shifts, including weekends.
