Job Description

We are seeking cybersecurity expertise to provide operational support to the CISO, coordinating critical initiatives, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination to advance the security organization's mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Operations & Planning

Support security leadership with execution of security strategy and roadmapCoordinate strategic Cyber initiatives, eg.: AI Security, Network Optimization, Access Management transformationCoordinate annual planning cycles, budget management, and resource allocationPrepare executive briefings, presentations, and communications for board and C-suiteTrack and report on security program metrics, KPIs, and organizational goals

Stakeholder Management & Coordination

Serve as liaison between security leadership and internal/external stakeholdersFacilitate cross-functional meetings with IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business unitsManage executive calendar, priorities, and time allocation for strategic focusCoordinate with vendor partners, consultants, and external advisors

Communication & Reporting

Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentationsPrepare briefing materials for board meetings, audit committees, and leadership reviewsDraft and refine security policies, standards, and strategic documentsManage internal security communications and awareness campaignsTranslating technical security concepts into business-relevant insights

Business Intelligence & Analysis

Conduct research on emerging threats, technologies, and industry trendsAnalyze security metrics and provide insights to inform decision-makingSupport vendor evaluations, RFPs, and technology selection processesMonitor regulatory changes and assess impact on security programsBenchmark security capabilities against industry standards and peers

Experience

Required Qualifications

5+ years in cybersecurity, security operationsExperience in working with C-level executivesStrong proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and executive presentations

Soft Skills

Strategic thinking with strong attention to detailExceptional organizational and time management skillsDiscretion and ability to handle confidential informationClear and professional written and verbal communicationStrong documentation and technical writing abilities

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related fieldMaster's degree is a plus

Salary range: The base salary for this role ranges from $67,500 to $115,000+ depending on skills and experience. We encourage you to apply and discuss the overall benefits package with the recuitment team.
