Support data quality initiatives and participate in regular audits to maintain data integrity. Perform ad-hoc analyses to meet departmental needs. Document data processes and maintain detailed records to ensure transparency and compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field. Proficiency in Excel, including data modeling and visualization tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret trends effectively. Prior data analysis experience preferred but not required; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply. Familiarity with SQL or other data management languages is a plus. You will report directly to the Lead Data Analyst and collaborate regularly with IT and Marketing teams to enhance our data strategies.
