Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data related to business performance.
- Use Excel to build advanced spreadsheets, data models, visualizations, and reports.
- Present clear, actionable insights to support strategic planning.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data challenges.
- Support data quality initiatives and conduct regular data integrity audits.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to meet departmental needs.
- Document data processes and maintain thorough records for transparency and compliance.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with data modeling and visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data trends.
- Previous data analysis experience is preferred but not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data management languages is a plus.
Team and Work Environment
Work alongside data analysts, data scientists, and project managers, reporting to the Lead Data Analyst. You’ll collaborate regularly with IT and Marketing to improve data strategies in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
