Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to business performance. Utilize Excel to create advanced spreadsheets and models for data visualization and reporting. Provide actionable insights through effective data presentation to inform strategic planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related challenges. Support ongoing data quality initiatives and participate in regular audits of data integrity. Conduct ad-hoc analyses as requested to assist with departmental needs. Document data processes and maintain comprehensive records to ensure transparency and compliance. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proficient in Excel, with experience in data modeling and visualization tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data trends. Prior experience in a data analysis role preferred but not required; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply. Familiarity with SQL or other data management languages is a plus.
