Job description
Join the Operations team as a Data Analyst in Hillside, Illinois. In this full-time, on-site role, you will develop, analyze, and summarize performance data to help the business understand operational results, trends, and revenue. You will also troubleshoot data issues and provide actionable recommendations.
What You'll Do
- Lead the creation and analysis of reports on Operations team activity.
- Prepare and share daily reports on Operations key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze reports and trends, providing recommendations weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Create new data views to improve the company's understanding of trends and revenue.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis for company initiatives.
- Participate in new project implementation and collaborate with multiple departments.
- Identify opportunities and troubleshoot data issues.
Skills and Competencies
- Experience working as a Data Analyst and a strong understanding of popular data analysis tools and databases.
