We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to identify trends and patterns in healthcare-related data. Utilize SQL to manage and query databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to share insights with stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals and IT, to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Present findings and recommendations to teams and leadership, translating complex data into understandable formats. Engage in ongoing research projects to improve data collection methods and enhance reporting processes. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data-driven initiatives and adjust analyses as necessary. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proficient in Data Analysis, SQL, R, and experience with Healthcare Data. Strong skills in Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience with statistical analysis techniques and methodologies. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analysis role preferred. Our Data Analyst team works closely with IT and clinical teams, reporting to the Analytics Manager.
