Job description
Guidehealth Company is hiring a detail-oriented Healthcare Data Analyst for a full-time role based in Idaho Falls, Idaho. This position is remote eligible and offers the opportunity to turn healthcare data into actionable insights that support patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large healthcare datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Use SQL to query and manage databases while maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Work with clinical, IT, and other cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver useful insights.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to colleagues and leadership.
- Support research projects that improve data collection and reporting processes.
- Monitor data-driven initiatives and refine analyses as needed.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and R, with experience working with healthcare data.
- Strong skills with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
- At least 2 years of data analysis experience preferred.
Team and Compensation
Work closely with data engineers and medical professionals, collaborating with IT and clinical teams. This position reports to the Analytics Manager. Pay is $85,000 per year.
