In this full-time role, you will transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights that improve patient care and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large healthcare data sets to identify trends and patterns. Utilize SQL to manage and query databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including healthcare professionals and IT to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Present findings and recommendations to leadership, translating complex data into clear, understandable formats. Engage in research projects to improve data collection methods and reporting processes. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data-driven initiatives and adjust analyses as needed. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field. Proficient in data analysis, SQL , R , and healthcare data experience. Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience with statistical analysis techniques and methodologies. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analysis role preferred. Our Data Analyst team works closely with IT and clinical teams, reporting to the Analytics Manager. You will collaborate with data engineers and medical professionals to enhance healthcare outcomes through data-driven insights.
