TekBricks is hiring a detail-oriented Data Analyst for a full-time, on-site position in Waxhaw, North Carolina. This role collects, processes, and analyzes data to support informed business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with data tools, and the ability to turn findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns.
Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Develop and maintain automated data pipelines.
Conduct statistical analysis to support business decisions.
Present findings clearly to stakeholders.
Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with applicable standards.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in SQL for data querying.
Strong Excel skills, including functions, pivot tables, and charts.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis; Pandas and NumPy are preferred.
Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
Familiarity with statistical methods and data visualization techniques.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
