We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join TekBricks in Waxhaw, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will collect, process, and analyze data to support strategic business decisions. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with data tools, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations are essential. Responsibilities Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns Build dashboards and reports using Power BI , Tableau , or Excel Develop and maintain automated data pipelines Execute statistical analysis to support business decisions Present findings clearly to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with standards Technical Skills Proficient in SQL for data querying Advanced Excel skills (functions, pivot tables, charts) Experience with BI tools: Power BI , Tableau , or Looker Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy preferred) Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes Familiarity with statistical methods and data visualization techniques Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field 1–3+ years experience as a Data Analyst or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Location: Waxhaw, North Carolina, United States Employment Type: Full-Time, on-site (remote not eligible) Salary: $5,000 per month
