We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to help drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Responsibilities Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Develop and maintain automated data pipelines Execute statistical analysis to support business decisions Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful way Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with standards Technical Skills Proficiency in SQL for data querying Strong skills in Excel (functions, pivot tables, charts) Experience with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Knowledge of Python/R for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy preferred) Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes Familiarity with statistical methods and visualization techniques Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field 1–3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (or similar role) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities
