Job description
Ott consulting is hiring a full-time Senior Litigation Support Analyst in Indianapolis, Indiana. This on-site role offers an opportunity to support legal teams by using eDiscovery expertise to streamline litigation workflows and improve case preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage eDiscovery projects, including data collection, processing, and review.
- Work with attorneys and legal teams to understand case requirements and support litigation strategies.
- Analyze large datasets to identify relevant information and prepare documentation for court proceedings.
- Provide technical support for litigation and eDiscovery software.
- Document project activities and help ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations.
- Train and mentor junior staff in eDiscovery practices and litigation support processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of litigation support services.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in litigation support or a related field.
- Demonstrated eDiscovery experience and a strong understanding of legal processes and documentation.
- Familiarity with industry-standard eDiscovery software and tools.
- Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) certification or a relevant credential is preferred.
Compensation and Employment
Salary: $100,000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indianapolis, IN.
