Senior Litigation Support Analyst

As a Senior Litigation Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute eDiscovery projects, including data collection, processing, and review. Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to understand their requirements and develop effective litigation strategies. Analyze large data sets to identify relevant information and prepare documentation for court proceedings. Provide technical support for software tools used in litigation and eDiscovery. Maintain comprehensive documentation of projects and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Train and mentor junior staff members in eDiscovery practices and litigation support processes. Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of litigation support services. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in eDiscovery, with a strong understanding of legal processes and documentation. Familiarity with industry-standard eDiscovery software and tools. Relevant certifications, such as Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS), are preferred. 3-5 years of experience in litigation support or a related field.
