Senior Litigation Support Analyst in Indianapolis, IN

Ott Consulting is seeking a skilled Senior Litigation Support Analyst to join our legal services team in Indianapolis, IN. In this full-time role, you will leverage your expertise in eDiscovery to support litigation processes and improve legal team efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute comprehensive eDiscovery projects including data collection, processing, and review. Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal teams to understand case requirements and develop effective litigation strategies. Analyze large datasets to identify relevant information and prepare detailed documentation for court proceedings. Provide technical support and training for litigation and eDiscovery software tools. Maintain thorough project documentation ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Mentor and train junior staff in eDiscovery best practices and litigation support processes. Continuously assess and implement process improvements to enhance litigation support efficiency and effectiveness. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Information Technology, or related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in eDiscovery and litigation support. Strong understanding of legal processes and documentation. Familiarity with industry-standard eDiscovery software and tools. Preferred certifications such as Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS).
