Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end eDiscovery projects, including data collection, processing, and document review to support litigation efforts efficiently. Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal teams to understand case requirements and develop effective litigation strategies. Analyze large volumes of data to identify relevant evidence and prepare accurate documentation for court proceedings. Provide technical support and training for eDiscovery software tools, ensuring smooth operation and user proficiency. Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal standards. Mentor and train junior staff members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the litigation support team. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in litigation support or eDiscovery, with a strong understanding of legal processes and documentation. Proficiency with industry-standard eDiscovery software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with legal teams. Preferred: Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) or equivalent certification. Experience mentoring junior staff and leading litigation support projects. Familiarity with compliance regulations and data privacy standards in legal contexts.
