Collaborate with business teams to provide data-driven recommendations that enhance decision-making. Develop and maintain databases and data systems to optimize data accessibility and integrity. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes. Engage with stakeholders to understand and fulfill reporting needs effectively. Perform ad-hoc data analysis to address emerging business questions and challenges. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases. Experience with Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights clearly.
