TekBricks is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst based in Waxhaw, North Carolina. The successful candidate will collect, process, and analyze complex data sets to provide actionable business insights. This full-time role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business strategies
- Collaborate with business teams to provide data-driven recommendations
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems for efficient data management
- Understand stakeholder reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis as required to address business questions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- Knowledge of Python or R programming languages is a plus
- Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights
