Data Business Analyst

Requirements

• Junior Level Role - 5 years of experience
• Local to AZ only and in-person interview
• Experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience writing and executing SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
• Experience working with Salesforce as a Business Analyst or supporting Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
• Experience working within Child Support Services/Child Support Enforcement programs or systems.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Experience working collaboratively with business users, developers, QA teams, data teams, and other technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Preferred: Experience supporting modernization or transformation of Child Support Services systems.
• Preferred: Experience with data migration, system integration, data mapping, or data reconciliation.
• Preferred: Familiarity with government or public-sector human services programs.
• Preferred: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including user stories, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT.
• Preferred: Salesforce certifications or formal Salesforce Business Analyst experience are a plus.
