Key Responsibilities Accurately input and update data across multiple databases and systems. Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy. Organize and maintain both physical and digital files for easy access. Generate and compile reports based on entered data as needed. Assist in training new staff on data entry procedures. Collaborate with various departments to resolve data discrepancies. Conduct regular data audits to ensure integrity and accuracy. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong typing skills emphasizing accuracy and speed. Experience with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred but not required. This position reports directly to the Data Management Supervisor and involves close collaboration with IT and Customer Service teams to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
