NIIT Media Technologies is hiring a full-time Data Entry Clerk in Augusta, Georgia. This on-site role focuses on accurate data entry, record maintenance, document digitization, and secure handling of confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Enter information from source documents into databases, spreadsheets, and content management systems.
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information before and after entry.
• Update records and retrieve or organize information for supervisors and team members.
• Support data integrity, perform regular backups, and scan, digitize, and file documents.
• Prepare reports and summaries as requested.
• Follow data privacy requirements and organizational confidentiality policies.
• Coordinate with departments to clarify or correct information and complete tasks by deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum SSC/HSC; a bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
• One to two years of data entry or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with data management software or ERP systems is a plus.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Bengali and English.

Compensation and employment

Pay: $29 per hour. This is a full-time, on-site position in Augusta, Georgia, United States.
