Key Responsibilities Accurately update and maintain company databases with timely data entry to ensure data integrity. Communicate effectively with employees and customers to collect and verify necessary information. Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors, escalating issues promptly to relevant departments. Ensure compliance with data entry protocols and confidentiality standards in all tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven projects and reporting needs. Maintain organized records to facilitate easy retrieval and audit readiness. Meet daily and weekly data entry targets to support operational efficiency. Continuously improve data entry processes by suggesting enhancements based on observed challenges. What We're Looking For Required: Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably 1+ year. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.
