Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain information accurately in systems and databases.
• Review data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Organize electronic files and documents for easy access and retrieval.
• Communicate with team members and customers to resolve data-related questions.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Help prepare reports and data summaries for internal use.
• Participate in team meetings and share progress or challenges.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
• Strong typing skills and a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in data management practices and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Effective time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• One to two years of data entry experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
