Job description
Tasks
- Develop and maintain data governance standards covering data ownership, stewardship, quality, metadata, classification, and handling requirements.
- Create and maintain data inventories, catalogues, dictionaries, business glossaries, process maps, and data flow diagrams.
- Support Data Owners and Data Stewards through clear documentation, training, governance processes, and ongoing advice.
- Support the design, configuration, testing, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 information protection and records management controls.
- Develop and maintain sensitivity and retention labels, data loss prevention policies and alerts, disposition processes, and related controls.
- Support eDiscovery, content searches, preservation, legal holds, investigations, audits, privacy incidents, regulatory requests, and operational information requests.
