Tasks

• Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to detect anomalous traffic and behavioral patterns.
• Build anomaly detection models using time-series analysis, clustering, correlation, and outlier detection.
• Engineer features from transaction, TCP L4 telemetry, connection, retry, and historical alert data.
• Develop scoring and classification models to identify legitimate, duplicate, retry, anomalous, and potential DDoS activity.
• Optimize detection thresholds to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy.
• Integrate ML-based detection signals into Agentic AI investigation workflows.
• Validate models using precision, recall, false-positive rates, and detection latency.
• Monitor model performance, detect behavioral drift, and continuously improve detection algorithms.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deploy production-ready models.
