Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement smart contracts and DeFi protocols using Solidity. Conduct thorough testing and security audits to ensure the integrity and functionality of DeFi applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and optimization. Monitor and debug live DeFi applications to enhance performance and prevent disruptions. Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in the DeFi space to continuously improve product offerings. Provide technical support and insights during product launches and community outreach initiatives. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience in smart contract development using Solidity. Familiarity with blockchain technologies and decentralized application development. Understanding of cryptographic protocols and security practices in DeFi. Knowledge of other programming languages such as JavaScript or Python is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 1-3 years of experience in a software development role, preferably in the fintech or blockchain industry. Reporting directly to the Lead Blockchain Engineer, you will work in an agile environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
