Key Responsibilities Safely navigate routes to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers. Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery details and address any questions or concerns. Load and unload products to/from the delivery vehicle while ensuring products are handled with care. Maintain accurate delivery records and update the management system as necessary. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies during deliveries to ensure safety. Conduct vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor. Engage with the customer in a positive manner to enhance their overall service experience. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record. Strong navigation skills and familiarity with the local area. Proficient communication skills for effective customer interactions. Physical fitness to handle the demands of loading/unloading goods. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage delivery paperwork accurately.
