Key Responsibilities Engage potential clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demos for diverse audiences. Assist sales teams by creating technical documents and proposals that clearly convey product offerings. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyze competition trends. Collaborate with product development to relay client feedback and improve product features. Support sales follow-ups and deal closures by addressing technical queries and concerns. Track sales performance and provide detailed reports to management for strategic planning. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in pre-sales, sales support, or technical sales preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Understanding of technology industry trends is an advantage. This full-time role is based in Mumbai and reports directly to the Sales Manager.
