Key Responsibilities Efficiently navigate Delhi’s streets to ensure prompt deliveries to customers. Manage and optimize delivery routes using navigation tools and mobile apps. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding delivery status and updates. Handle and inspect food and other items to maintain quality during transit. Assist with collection and management of payment transactions as needed. Report any delivery issues or delays to management and propose improvements. Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, share feedback, and collaborate with colleagues. Required and Preferred Qualifications Secondary education is required. Proficient navigation skills to identify the quickest routes effectively. Previous experience as a delivery rider or similar role preferred. Comfortable using mobile apps and GPS technology. Strong communication skills for positive customer interactions. Work closely with a supportive team of delivery riders and staff, reporting directly to the Operations Manager to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.
