Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from an accredited institution. Strong skills in surgery, patient diagnosis, anesthesia administration, communication, and patient care. 0-3 years clinical experience preferred. Additional certifications in dental surgery are advantageous. Proficiency with dental software tools for patient management and record-keeping.
