Job description
Responsibilities
▪ Focus on DDD work and output
▪ Prepare structural plans and detailed reinforcement drawings for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, roofs, and other structural elements
▪ Prepare accurate Material Take-Offs (MTO), Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and material estimates from structural drawings
▪ Prepare Coast Analysis
▪ Coordinate with Clients, architects, engineers, contractors and site personnel
▪ Other arrangement from Design Manager
Qualifications
▪ Graduate of Civil Engineering Course, PRC license is preferred
▪ Autodesk (CAD) User
▪ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet project deadlines
▪ Construction/site experience is preferred
▪ Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
▪ Atleast three (3) Years of relevant experience
▪ Must own a laptop
