Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive. They enjoy bringing structure to creative environments and are comfortable balancing a lot of moving pieces without losing sight of the details.
They don’t need to be a designer—but they should speak the language of design. They understand basic design principles, can navigate design files, recognize when something doesn’t look right, and are comfortable making straightforward production edits when appropriate. Most importantly, they are someone the Creative Director can trust to take a project from “Here’s what we need” to “It’s done” with minimal hand-holding.
