About the role
Fiberhome is seeking a Design Supervisor to oversee design team activities and deliverables across assigned areas or provinces. The role reports to the Regional Design Manager and includes client and stakeholder coordination, design review, reporting, and field validation when required.
Responsibilities
- Report project progress, team performance, and operational concerns to the Regional Design Manager.
- Supervise and monitor daily design team activities across assigned areas or provinces.
- Ensure timely completion of Survey, Design, RTA, and As-Built Plan deliverables based on project targets and timelines.
- Review and validate designs for compliance with client requirements and project standards.
- Coordinate with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams about project concerns and deliverables.
- Monitor pending deliverables and team workload.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports and tracker updates.
- Guide and support designers on project requirements and design processes.
- Conduct field validation and site coordination when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in telecom design, FTTH/FTTX projects, or OSP network deployment.
- Experience managing design teams and handling projects across multiple areas or provinces.
- Background in telecom design processes, including Survey, HLD, LLD, RTA, and As-Built Plan activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, AutoCAD, Google Earth, and related design and tracking tools.
- Leadership, coordination, communication, and client coordination skills.
- Experience coordinating with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field validation when necessary.
