POSITION OVERVIEW
• The designer will support the Retail and Business Development team. This role will lead the production of assets for flagship and retail locations as well as B2B communications.
• This includes creating a suite of assets for new retail location openings as well as updating existing materials for new promotions.
• Some of these assets include signage, regimen cards, treatment menus, glorifiers, retail buildouts, digital displays, emails, social posts, event invitations and promotions, etc.
• This designer must be well-versed in both print and digital. Animation in After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• They will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all materials as well as packaging and releasing mechanicals.
• The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, work confidently and independently with attention to detail, be able to ensure precise execution of all branding and design standards, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• They must be incredibly organized and able to work through a high volume of materials in order to meet quick deadlines while still maintaining high design standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 3–5 years of BEAUTY/FRAGRANCE/FASHION industry experience as a designer
• Passion for fashion and beauty design with impeccable production skills
• Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of the packaging production process
• Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Meticulous with design details and attention to quality

Location: Remote - NYC, NY (EST candidates only)
Contract Duration: 6+ months’
Pay Rate: On W2 without benefits
