Developer Relations Engineer at Capa Cloud - Wyoming, WY

Capa Cloud is seeking a passionate Developer Relations (DevRel) Engineer to join our team in Wyoming, United States. This full-time role is remote eligible and focuses on growing and supporting our developer ecosystem by bridging engineering, product, and community efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive technical documentation and onboarding guides to streamline developer adoption.
• Develop tutorials, demos, and valuable developer resources to enhance platform engagement.
• Provide active support to developers via Discord, Telegram, GitHub, and social media channels.
• Collect and relay developer feedback to internal teams to inform product improvements.
• Build sample applications and integration examples to demonstrate platform capabilities.
• Organize and host hackathons, AMAs, workshops, and other developer-focused events.
• Continuously improve API onboarding and overall developer experience.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and engineering teams to align community and product goals.
• Advocate for the developer community within the company to ensure their needs are prioritized.
• Drive growth in open-source contributions and technical community engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent technical communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Hands-on experience working with APIs, SDKs, or developer platforms.
• Background in software engineering fundamentals.
• Proven experience engaging with developer communities or providing technical support.
• Strong writing and presentation abilities.
• Experience creating technical content, tutorials, or developer guides.
• Familiarity with GitHub workflows and open-source collaboration.
• Comfortable with public speaking and community engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Web3 technologies or AI infrastructure.
• Previous developer advocacy or evangelism experience.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience organizing technical workshops or hackathons.
• Content creation skills for social media platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud computing or GPU infrastructure is a plus.

Compensation: $5000 per month

Location: Wyoming, Wyoming, United States (Remote eligible)
