- Lead production support and critical incident management.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and monitoring.
- Drive automation and platform reliability.
- Coordinate with offshore and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Kubernetes, Helm, Docker
- Terraform, GitHub, Concourse CI/CD
- AWS, Cloud Foundry
- Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL
- AppDynamics, Kibana, Splunk or similar monitoring tools
- Linux/Unix Administration
- Python and Shell Scripting
- Agile/Scrum and Jira
- Production Support, Incident Management, and Automation
- Experience Required: 8+ Years
- Preferred: Payments, Financial Services, or Billing domain experience.
- Experience with 24/7 mission-critical production environments.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
