If you excel at managing paid campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and driving quality lead generation, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and Social Media advertising campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and improve ROI. Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives. Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2–2.5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing. Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management. Good understanding of Performance Marketing, PPC, lead generation, remarketing, audience targeting, and conversion optimization. Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet campaign goals.
