About the Role

Blue Sun Info is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive with 2 to 2.5 years of experience specializing in Performance Marketing. Join our dynamic team to manage and optimize paid campaigns that generate quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and Social Media advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and improve ROI.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–2.5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
• Good understanding of Performance Marketing, PPC, lead generation, remarketing, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and achieve campaign performance goals.
