Job description
Blue Sun Info is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Executive in Marine Lines, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This on-site role is suited to a performance marketing professional with 2–2.5 years of digital marketing experience.
About the Role
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to generate quality leads and improve campaign ROI. You will work on client projects across multiple industries and collaborate with content and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and improve return on investment.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Conduct keyword research and support search engine optimization initiatives.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with content and design teams on ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–2.5 years of digital marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Good understanding of performance marketing, PPC, lead generation, remarketing, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with GA4 and GTM, plus basic SEO and keyword research knowledge.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work toward campaign performance goals.
Schedule and Compensation
- Location: Marine Lines, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (on-site)
- Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday
- Pay: 300000 per year
