Digital Marketing Specialist

Tasks

• Be the point of contact across onboarding, approvals and keeping customers informed on the latest and greatest with their marketing plans.
• Own the monthly marketing cycle - create the strategy, calendar, copy and designs for marketing campaigns across Email, SMS and Social, leveraging Toasts internal tools.
• Set up and maintain automations such as winback campaigns, receipt marketing and happy hour deals.
• Execute channel optimizations (SEO, Google Business Profile, website, listings) and design flyers or other printed collateral as needed.
• Report & iterate - deliver monthly performance reports with clear insights; adjust tactics to hit customer goals.
