Job description
About the role
The Digital Surveillance Risk Associate supports Circle K's Risk Management and Claims functions by reviewing video surveillance, analyzing incidents, and communicating findings. The role assists with incident investigations and provides insights to support risk mitigation, claims handling, and operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve, preserve, and maintain surveillance footage in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Document observations and maintain accurate records of findings.
- Conduct targeted video reviews based on reported incidents, claims, customer complaints, operational concerns, or management requests.
- Compare surveillance findings with incident reports, witness statements, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and recommendations based on investigative findings.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow retention, storage, and evidence-handling procedures.
- Manage department mail and correspondence, monitor and respond to shared inbox inquiries, and maintain organized records.
- Coordinate information requests, support internal business partners, and perform other duties as requested by management.
