Dining Staff

Duties & Responsibilities

* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Take and serve customer orders accurately
* Assist customers with menu inquiries
* Serve food and beverages properly and promptly
* Prepare, clean, and arrange tables
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area
* Clear tables and assist with dining area upkeep
* Assist with cashiering and payment transactions when needed
* Provide excellent customer service
* Distribute flyers and promotional materials to customers and nearby areas
* Assist with marketing activities and promotions when needed
* Assist the team during busy hours and daily restaurant operations

Qualifications

* With restaurant or food service experience is preferred
* Hardworking, reliable, and responsible
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented
* Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable with distributing flyers and promoting the restaurant
* Able to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness and professionalism
