Key Responsibilities:
Assist in production, assembly, and quality checks of automotive components.
Operate and maintain machinery under supervision.
Support engineers and supervisors in day-to-day shop floor activities.
Follow safety standards and company procedures.
Participate in training programs to enhance technical and functional skills.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems.
Ability to read and follow technical instructions.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
