Direct Support Personnel III - Hr

Support individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental health challenges in developing daily living, social, and independent living skills in home, community, or residential settings. Assist with personal care, community activities, and individualized support plans.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance
Reliable personal vehicle and ability to pass a motor vehicle check
CPR certification (if required)
TB screening and Health Certificate (if required)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
At least 18 years old
Strong organizational and task prioritization skills

Position Details:
Burlington, VT onsite
Pay: $27/hour
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Temp-to-Perm after 6 months
Start date: Approximately 2 weeks after offer acceptance
