Direct Support Professional DSP

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are ready to start immediately in Cullman County and surrounding counties.

💲 Pay: $14.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience + shift differentials)
⬆️ Higher rates available for overnight shifts

🔹 Availability Needed:
• Weekends (REQUIRED)
• Evenings(REQUIRED)
• Daytime availability preferred

🔹 Flexible Shift Options:
• 5-hour
• 8-hour
• 10-hour
• 12-hour

✔ Reliable & consistent
✔ Strong communication
✔ Able to follow structure and safety protocols
✔ Experience in caregiving, behavioral support, or youth services preferred
