About the Job
A fast-growing consumer brand in North America is expanding rapidly and building a best-in-class supply engine across the U.S. and Canada. The team is seeking a seasoned professional with experience scaling operations to help accelerate growth.
What You’ll Do
Own inventory management company-wide across the U.S. and Canada
Oversee intake/outtake from the main office (shipping, receiving, local logistics)
Maintain tight stock control: cycle counts, reconciliations, transfers, and audit readiness
Manage inventory across multiple states: replenishment, adjustments, compliance checks
Handle fleet maintenance: service schedules, registrations, mileage logs, fuel cards, and keys
Build clear SOPs, train teams, and maintain high data accuracy
Partner with Sales/Ops/Finance on replenishment, aging inventory, and month-end true-ups
Track and improve KPIs (turns, shrink, days of supply, fill rate, transfer SLAs)
Support special projects as new markets and products launch
Tools You’ll Use
EZO (asset & inventory)
mytrace (CRM/ERP)
Google Workspace + strong spreadsheet skills
Seed-to-sale or regulated inventory systems experience (e.g., BioTrack, METRC) is a plus
What You Bring
3+ years of experience leading inventory or logistics for a multi-site operation (regional or multi-country experience is a bonus)
Strong background in counts, reconciliations, transfers, and audit-ready processes
Proven ability to build and implement effective SOPs
Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and solutions-driven
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Valid driver’s license and clean record
Nice to Have
Experience in a highly regulated industry
Experience launching new markets or distribution centers
Vendor or carrier coordination and freight experience
Schedule & Travel
On-site role with periodic travel to U.S. partners
Occasional early mornings or late afternoons for counts or launches
