Director of Inventory and Logistics in La Cañada, Querétaro

Bluebix Solutions is hiring a Director of Inventory and Logistics in La Cañada, Querétaro, Mexico. This full-time, on-site role supports a fast-growing consumer brand expanding across the United States and Canada. The Director will lead multi-site inventory operations, improve stock accuracy, and build scalable logistics processes.

What You’ll Do

• Own inventory management across the U.S. and Canada.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and local logistics at the main office.
• Manage cycle counts, reconciliations, transfers, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate replenishment, adjustments, and compliance checks across multiple states.
• Manage fleet maintenance, including service schedules, registrations, mileage logs, fuel cards, and keys.
• Build and maintain SOPs, train teams, and uphold high inventory data accuracy.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance on replenishment, aging inventory, and month-end reconciliations.
• Track and improve inventory and logistics KPIs, including turns, shrink, days of supply, fill rate, and transfer SLAs.
• Support new market and product launches.

• Google Workspace and advanced spreadsheet tools
• Seed-to-sale or regulated inventory platforms such as BioTrack or METRC are a plus.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years leading inventory or logistics for a multi-site operation; regional or multi-country experience is a bonus.
• Strong experience with counts, reconciliations, transfers, and audit-ready processes.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective SOPs.
• Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and solutions-driven approach.
• Comfort learning new technology and systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Experience launching new markets or distribution centers.
• Vendor or carrier management experience.
