The Director of Management and Operations (DMO) is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and supervising a wide range of resource management and administrative support functions. This leadership role ensures efficient budgeting, financial management, and supervision of administrative units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgeting and financial planning activities to optimize resource allocation.
- Supervise administrative units to maintain operational excellence.
