Qualifications:
• Education & Technical Skills — Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, library sciences, business administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and having the learn Alpha Five.
• Analytical & Research Skills — Strong analytical, research, and critical-thinking abilities; comfortable using data analysis tools such as Excel or SPSS.
• Communication & Collaboration — Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; skilled at facilitating meetings, focus groups, and consensus-building.
• Organization & Flexibility — Strong organizational abilities, especially for managing archives; willingness to develop library-science skills; able to work occasional evenings/weekends and travel within the diocese.
