About the role
Translink provides strategic direction and leadership for real property assets required for Operations and Capital Projects. The role supports Translink’s mission to optimize value through best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide real estate strategies.
- Acquire, lease and divest real property, and oversee facilities and property management.
- Build and maintain key partnerships, and negotiate and manage complex agreements.
- Ensure compliance and lead risk mitigation.
- Oversee expropriation and claims management.
- Represent Translink in community and legal matters.
