Job description
Tasks
- Lead US GAAP accounting, reporting, performance measurement, audit, tax coordination, investor/lender reporting, and fund administrator oversight for real estate credit vehicles.
- Report to the CAO and partner with portfolio management, capital markets, legal, and tax.
- Manage the accounting team and third-party administrator.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of public/private fund accounting experience in real estate credit/debt fund accounting.
- 3+ years supervising.
- CPA preferred.
Schedule
- 3 days in office.
Pay
- Compensation: up to 300k.
