Dispatch Coordinator

Dispatch Coordinator will process the receipts in an accurate and timely manner as per the targeted and to communicate the status of trucks at Warehouse to Head Office Logistics.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Processes routing slip for dispatch receipt based on direct pick-up items based on daily pick up and deliveries schedule.
2) Prepares the trucking and Regan lift off receipts details report and send to Davao Office.
3) Coordinates with logistics regarding the truck status at warehouse.
4) Prepares two (2) hours outbound report and sent to Davao office.
5) Prepares trucking work log and internal receipts (M/S/O/BIS).
6) Types drivers/truck information in DR (Delivery receipt) WIs (Withdrawal Slip) (Sales invoice).
7) Monitoring and daily reports and dispatching status.
8) Sorting of optimized pick list for warehouse preparation reference.
9) Prepares summary of incoming trucks then report to warehouse Manager/Supervisor.
10) Updates all withdraw/lift direct pick-up to system.
11) Receiving, checking and validation of documents.
12) Updates daily item pick list (as per delivery) and validate the plate number and date.
13) Encoding of routing slip (RS).
14) Performs other related tasks from the supervisor.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Related working experience is an advantage but not required.

- Analytical with good mathematical ability
- With good written and oral communication skills
