Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring exceptional service and support that meets company standards. Coordinate dispatch operations by efficiently scheduling and routing drivers to fulfill customer delivery requirements on time. Maintain clear communication with team members and drivers to guarantee seamless service delivery and quick resolution of issues. Monitor and track deliveries in real-time, adjusting schedules proactively to optimize route efficiency and meet performance targets. Document and resolve customer complaints or service issues, ensuring timely follow-up to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Utilize customer management software to accurately log interactions, update customer profiles, and maintain data integrity. Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve operational procedures and customer service quality. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent education. Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service focus. Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience with Windows-based operating systems and customer management software.
