Dispatcher Logistics Coordinator

MegaMile Inc. is looking for an experienced Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to join our growing transportation team.

This is a fast-paced, office-based role responsible for coordinating nationwide shipments, dispatching drivers, managing pickups and deliveries, providing accurate ETAs, and resolving scheduling or service issues in real time.

What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 1 year of recent, hands-on truck dispatching experience - REQUIRED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and communication platforms
• Reliability, accountability, and professionalism
