NOW HIRING! DISPATCHER/SCHEDULER
Full-Time · Onsite in Jacksonville Beach
Support your Dial-a-Ride program by scheduling rides, coordinating drivers, and keeping our seniors on the move.

QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or computer-based systems
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Knowledge of the Jacksonville Beaches area
• Ability to multitask & stay calm under pressure
• Clear driving record (7 years) & ability to pass Level 2 background check

PREFERRED
• Experience driving large vehicles
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Nonprofit or transportation experience helpful
• No CDL required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage Tripmaster Schedule
• Scheduling system data entry & route adjustments
• Perform accurate routing data entry
• Support drivers & dispatch van operations (Parsons app)
