Support your Dial-a-Ride program by scheduling rides, coordinating drivers, and helping our team connect with what makes transportation run.

QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or computer-based systems
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Knowledge of the Jacksonville Beaches area
• Ability to multitask & stay calm under pressure
• Clear driving record (7 years) & ability to pass Level 2 background check

PREFERRED
• Experience driving larger vehicles
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage Trip/Stations
• Scheduling & daily ride coordination
• Perform accurate data entry & route adjustments
• Support drivers & dispatch/paratransit/Pickup app support
