This role supports delivering the sales plan through selling effectiveness and by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals.

selling effectiveness

• Consistently execute to the selling model
• Meet or exceed individual selling goals and expectations
• Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer phone and e-mail information

telling the brand story

• Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant
• Assist with floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, and other tasks as directed

operational excellence

• Abide by policies and procedures as directed
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety messages in daily operations

qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• At least 5-7 years relevant retail management experience
• Possession of, and ability to maintain, a valid U.S. Driver’s License due to the travel requirements of the position
