Responsibilities
- Consistently execute the selling model and meet or exceed individual selling goals and expectations.
- Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer phone and e-mail information.
- Tell the brand story.
- Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant.
- Assist with floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, and other tasks as directed.
- Abide by policies and procedures as directed.
- Follow Loss Prevention and safety messages in daily operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- At least 5-7 years of relevant retail management experience.
- Possess and maintain a valid U.S. Driver’s License due to the travel requirements of the position.
