Job description

Responsibilities:

* Install, replace, and commission commercial access control systems.

* Install and wire Software House iSTAR Ultra G2 controllers, expansion boards, and input boards.

* Install HID Signo card readers, Altronix power supplies, backup batteries, and related access control hardware.

* Retrofit existing control panels while reusing existing enclosures and field cabling where applicable.

* Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning to ensure proper operation of access control devices, alarms, request-to-exit devices, and door hardware.

Qualifications:

* Experience with Division 28 low-voltage systems and commercial access control installations.

* Ability to read drawings and follow scope of work documents.

* Experience with low-voltage wiring, access control hardware, and system commissioning.

* Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

* Reliable transportation and ability to work at multiple job sites throughout the Phoenix area.
