mary is seeking a skilled Division Manager – Electrical Construction to lead and oversee electrical construction projects in Wilmington, North Carolina. This full-time role demands a strong leader dedicated to managing teams, ensuring project success, and maintaining strict adherence to budgets and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the electrical construction team to achieve high performance and safety compliance. Oversee all phases of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Develop, monitor, and adjust project budgets to maintain fiscal responsibility. Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to meet project specifications and deliver quality results. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate progress, resolve challenges, and provide leadership guidance. Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols to comply with industry regulations on all job sites. Evaluate team member performance and provide coaching to support professional growth. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven leadership and team management expertise. Strong financial skills with experience in budgeting and cost control. Minimum 5 years of experience managing electrical construction projects preferred. Knowledge of industry certifications and safety standards. The Division Manager will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and onsite personnel to ensure cohesive teamwork focused on achieving project milestones. This position reports directly to senior management and is based in Wilmington, NC. This opportunity is not eligible for remote work. Compensation: $150,000 per year.
