Bilingual Academic Teacher – Chía, Cundinamarca, Colombia

GLA EDUCATION SAS is seeking a Bilingual Academic Teacher in Chía, Cundinamarca, Colombia. This full-time, on-site role supports high-quality education and students’ academic and personal development in an inclusive, collaborative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach academic subjects in English and Spanish.
• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with established educational objectives.
• Create an inclusive, engaging, and motivating classroom environment.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrative staff to improve the learning experience.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Help plan and organize academic and cultural events.

Qualifications

• University degree in education or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• At least two years of experience in an educational setting.
• Teaching experience, preferably in bilingual education.
• Knowledge of innovative teaching methods and educational resources.
• Certifications in teaching English as a foreign language are preferred.
