Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering product questions, and resolving concerns promptly.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and keeping the store clean and orderly.
• Support promotional efforts by preparing displays and setting up special product promotions to boost sales.
• Work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist with inventory management including stocking products and performing regular inventory checks.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure shopping and working environment.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and handling sales transactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.

Work closely with fellow associates and report to the store manager to ensure store goals are met. This role is not eligible for remote work.
