Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing for an enhanced shopping experience.
• Inventory Management: Restock shelves, organize merchandise, check in deliveries, and conduct stock counts.
• Cash Handling: Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently during transactions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily store goals and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
